摘要
研究了ZTM陶瓷的热疲劳性能及寿命预测。在风冷(高温)、水冷(低温)两种冷却条件下测定了裂纹扩展参数,结果表明:高温风冷时裂纹扩展激活能及应力强度指数比低温水冷时大,由裂纹扩展参数可进行寿命预测。对热疲劳寿命不仅温差有决定性作用,高温温度的影响也不可忽略。
The thermal fatigue behavior and life prediction of ZTM ceramics were studied by both air blast and water quench methods the parameters {n,q} of slow crack growth were measured, surface flaws were introduced by indenting in order to reduce the statistical effects of brittle fracture. The results show that the air blast shock and thermal fatigue could cause a certain increase in strength, but the water quench could cause a decrease in both stress intensity factor and strength. The stress intensity exponent {n} and the activation enery {Q} measured by the air blast for slow crack growth were greater than those measured by water quenching. Temperature difference {△T} was very important to thermal fatigue life and the maximum {T_(max)} must be noted.
