摘要
应用光、电镜酶组织化学方法结合显微分光尤度计测量技术,观察猫肠系膜不同部位环层小体的分布特征,同时对环层小体的胆碱酯酶(ChE)和镁激活的膜腺苷三磷酸酶(Mg-ATPase)进行了定量、定位分析。结果表明:分布到各段肠管系膜环层小体的数量、大小及酶含量有所不同。提示环层小体的分布和功能与肠管节律性运动有关。
Pacfnian corpuscles (PC) in the mesentery of various part of the cat were obsersed by using light and electronic mioroscope and microspectrophotometer. BuChE and Mg-ATPase of PC were analysed quantitativeiy and distributiveiy. The distrioution of PC in the various parts of the mesentery was different in si(?)e and quantity. The results indicate that the distribution of PC is corresponding with the function and rhythmic contraction of the intestine.
