摘要
本文根据结构分析中的虚位移原理,对装有扶正器的套管柱在具有初弯曲的井段中的受力和变形进行了系统分析,借助空间解析几何原理导出了三维弯曲井段中套管扶正器安装间距的解析计算式。在扶正器侧向载荷计算方面考虑了轴向力的影响,并将扶正器上的摩阻力引入轴向载荷的计算中。通过计算分析,本文指出了解决下套管与注水泥质量这一水平井中难度较大的工艺的研究方向。
Based on the principle of fictitious displacement from structural mechanics, this paper made a systematic analysis for the stress and deformation of casing string with centralizers in curved boreholes. With the help of the principle of space analytic geometry, this paper developed the analytic formulas of spacing for casing centralizers in three-dimensional curved boreholes, took the influence of axial forces into account while calculating the lateral loads of the centralizers,and introduced friction forces on the centralizers into the calculations of the axial loads. Through calculating, this paper pointed out the development direction to solve casing running and cementing in horizontal well.
