摘要 本文测定了1991年9月河南省遭水灾后的信阳、驻马店、周口三地区新小麦霉菌菌相、霉菌侵染率和霉菌毒素含量。在被检测的24份样品中,霉菌总数在10<sup>2</sup>—10<sup>8</sup>Cfu/g 之间,共检出霉菌22个、群或种。优势霉菌主要为根霉、毛霉和黄曲霉.14份小麦染霉率为100%,占58.3%.1份小麦中 AFB<sub>1</sub>含量超标,其含量为25μg/kg;10份小麦中 DON 含量大于1mg/kg,占41.7%,最高含量为3.5mg/kg;对21份小麦的 T—2霉素检测中,18份样品 T—2毒素含量大于100μg/kg,占85.7%,最高含量为1267.9μg/kg。 The paper reported the floral distribution and inner polluted rates of molds,and mycotoxins of mildewed wheats in Xinyang, Zhu Ma-Dian and Zhoukou prefectures of Henan province after the flood in Septemper 1991. There were 102--10s cfu/g of molds and total 22 genera,groups or species in 24 samples detected.The domi- nant molds were Rhizopus,Mucor and Aspergillus flavus,The inner polluted rate of 14 samples was 100%.AFB_1 of one sample was over the standard.DON of 10 samples over 1 mg/kg,accounting for 41%,maximum 3.5mg/kg.T—2 toxin was over 100μg/kg in 18 out of 21 samples detected,making up 85%,maximum 1267.9μg/ kg.
