摘要
从医院病房空气、物体表面及医务人员手上分离10株MRSA,分离率为41.6%。本组菌的生化特征与其他金葡菌相似。噬菌体分型以Ⅰ型为主(50.0%),混合型次之(30.0%)。所有菌株对青霉素类抗菌药物全部耐药;对大环内脂类抗菌药(红霉素、麦迪霉素)、氨基糖甙类抗生素中的卡那霉素、庆大霉素以及SMZ+TMP耐药显著;对万古霉素、丁胺卡那、新霉素最敏感。10株MRSA均为7重以上耐药株,9耐株占40%。
The strains of MRSA were isolated from ward air, object superficies and the hands of doctor and nurse. Isolation rate is 41.6% percent. There is similarity between the strains and other staphylococcus aureus in biochemical characteristic. Main phagotypes are type Ⅰ. nect united type. All strains are resistant to kinds of penicillin; most partly to erythromycin, medemycin, kanamycin, getamycin and SMZ+TMP; are susccptible to vancomycin, amikacin, neomycin, Tenstrains of MRSA resist more than seven kinds of antibiotics. Accounting for 40 percent of all the strains are resistant to nine kinds of antibiotics
