摘要
对转氨酶正常或轻度异常10例乙型病毒性肝炎(以下简称乙肝)的临床表现、实验室检查结果、肝活检组织的组织学病理、超微病理进行了观察。结果:在10例中临床诊断与光镜和电镜诊断符合者仅有3例,光镜与电镜诊断符合者高达9例。为此,对肝活检组织的光镜和电镜检查的重要性进行了探讨。
The clinical,manifestation,the results of laboratory examination,the histopathological and the ultrastructural changes were observed in 10 HB patients with normal or slightly abnornal transaminase activity.The results showed that only in 3 cases,the clinical diagnosis was in accordance with optical or electron microscope examination;but the agreement of diagnosis between optical microscope and electron microscope examination was reached in 9 cases.So,we discussed the importance of the optical microscope and electron microscope examination on HB liver biopsy in this paper.
