摘要
瑞芙热米定,对抗原攻击致敏豚鼠离体气管条和电场刺激引起的豚鼠肺门支气管收缩,均具有明显抑制作用,并呈现良好的剂量相关性。不同剂量的瑞芙热米定可使P物质收缩豚鼠离体气管条量效曲线较对照组平行右移,Schild作图为一直线,PA_2值等于6.22+0.38(n=7)。这些实验结果提示,瑞芙热米定对过敏性支气管平滑肌收缩具有抑制作用。其作用原理,与其在受体水平阻断分布于呼吸道内部物感觉神经形成的轴索反射功能相关。
Reframidine inhibited the contraction of sensitized guinea pig tracheal strips induced by antigen challenge and of hilus bronchi induced by electrical field stimulation,effect of which presented a good doseresponse relationship.At the different doses,reframidine induced the guinea pig trachea strip contractive dose-res-ponse curves of substance p to move to right parallely compared with those of controls,Schild plot of which was a straint line (PA_2=6.22±0.38,n=7).These results suggest that reframidine has inhibitory effects on allergic contraction of guinea pig bronchial smooth muscle,the mechanism of which might be related to impediment of the function of axile reflex formed by substance P senscry nervous fibers distributed in air-way at the receptor level
