摘要
当归在损伤骨折早、中、后3期中的配伍应用,是通过配伍不同的药物,充分发挥了当归既养血补血、又行血祛瘀;既可补虚扶正,又能润肠通便的特点,为损伤骨折临床必不可少的一味药,也是骨伤方剂组方的基础药。
Combined with different drugs,Radix Angelicae Sinensis can be used in the all peri-ods of trauma and fracture for its functions of nourishing blood and promoting blood circulation to re-move stasis.It has the effect of reinforcing deficiency and moistening intestine to relax bowels.Thus it isone of the important and basic drugs in the formulae of orthopaedics and traumatology.
