摘要
本实验研究表明,仙灵合剂能明显拮抗免疫抑制剂的免疫抑制作用,保护小鼠细胞免疫功能,在纠正免疫抑制小鼠 T 细胞亚群紊乱状态,提高脾淋巴细胞转化率和产生 IL—2的能力等方面,都显示出较为明显的免疫调节作用,是一种理想的免疫调变剂,可推广应用于临床治疗虚证及抗衰老。
The experement showed that the Xianlingheji could resist immunosupression causedby the immunosupressive drugs.It had the good effect of protecting cellular immune function of mice,correcting the disturbance of T lymphocyte subpopulation,increasing T lymphocyte transformation rateof spleen and the ability of IL-2 producing.Therefore,it is one of the ideal immunomodulators whichcan be used in the treatment of deficient syndromes and senility.
