摘要
我院儿科病房于1988、1989、1990连续三年发生鼠伤寒沙门氏菌感染性腹泻暴发,发病年龄在11天至14岁不等,大部分为医院内感染。婴儿病例占47.5％。传染源为院外感染的散发病例入院。消毒剂低效且消毒隔离制度不严,是主要传播因素。
There were Salmonella Typhimurium infectionoutbreak successfully for three years. The age of theonset ranged from 11 days to 14 years of age, Mostof the cases were nosocomial infections and infantcases counted for 47.5%. The source of infection wassporadic patients admitted into the hospital, Less ef-fect of disinfectant and worse isolation of sterilizationare the main factors of transmission.
