摘要
高血压脑出血占人群死亡率的第一位,其中有相当一部分病例死于院内感染。本组508例高血压脑出血病人,死亡226例,死亡率为44.5％,发生医院内感染105例,院内感染率20.7％。死亡组的感染率34.5％,明显高于存活组的感染率16.7％。
Hypetensive cerebral hemorrhage, quite a part ofwhich die of mosocomial infection, ranks the first inmortality rate, In this analytical group, we have 508cases of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage, 226 ofwhich died, with the death rate of 44.5%, 105 of thecases complicated with nosocomial infection, with theinfection rate of 20.7%. The infection rate of the deathgroup is 34.5%, which is significantly (16.7%) higherthan that of the living group.
