摘要
本文以2—萘酸—6—磺酸钠为原料通过布克尔反应(Bucherer reaction)筛选出性能良好的催化剂。利用正交设计方法对合成工艺进行优化,提出了最佳合成工艺条件,其产品收率高达90%以上.对于产品的定性及定量分析,提出了新分析方法。
The production of 2—naphthamine—6—sulfonic acid with 2—naphthol—6—sodlum sulfonate by Bucherer reaction is presented in this paper.This reaction is used to screen ex- cellent catalyst and to present conditon of optimum process.The yicld of product is up to 90%,A new analytical method is presented for product analysis.
