摘要
通过小鼠体内抗菌实验,研究了双黄连粉针剂的抗菌作用,并将其与双黄连水针剂及抗生素的抗菌作用进行了比较。实验结果表明,双黄连粉针剂是一个抗菌谱比较广泛的中药注射剂。对金黄色葡萄球菌、肺炎双球菌、溶血性链球菌、大肠杆菌、痢疾杆菌引起的小鼠急性腹腔感染有强大的对抗作用,同时还发现双黄连粉针剂可以同青霉素产生显著的协同作用。双黄连粉针剂的治疗指数较大,是一个安全幅度较大的抗菌药物。
This paper studied antibacterial effects of Shuang Huang Lian powder proper injection(SHLPI)through antibacterial experiments in the mice body,and compared it with its solution injection and antibiotics. The results of this experiment showed that antibacterial spectrum of SHLPI is relatively broad and has a high antagonistic effect on acute celiac infection in the mice body provoked by staphylococcus aureus, diplococcus peumoniae,streptococcus hemolyticus,colibacillus,bacillus dysenteria.It is also known that SHLPI given concomitantly with penicillin produces remarkable synergistic effects.Authors believe that therapeutic index of SHLPI is great,so SHLPI is a safe and reliable antibiotic.
