摘要
本文按可控气氛多用电阻炉的条件、时间的顺序要求,用PLC进行控制,主要采用步进序列发生器进行顺序控制。节省了大量的中间继电器和时间继电器。解决了“触点竞争”问题,运行可靠。PLC的应用,使工业生产控制进入到应用计算机的领域。
This paper introduces the multiple-purpose controlled atmosphere electric oven ruled by P. L. C. according to the condition and time sequency of the oven ,in which seqential control is proceeded with step-sequency generator. It saves a lot of relays,solves the problem of contactor competitions and is reliable. The application of P. L. C brings the industrial production control into the applied computer field.
