摘要
本文报告21例危重急性心肌梗塞患者床旁血液动力学监测和Forester心功能分类结果。表明该技术在定量评价循环功能、正确指导治疗和判断病情,从而提高危重心梗患者治愈率方面具有重要价值。操作中要防止并发症的发生。
In this paper, bedside hemodynamic monitoring results of 21 caces of severe myocardial infarction with Forester classification of cardiac function are reported. It is shown that this techique is of important value in quantitative assessment of circulatory function and in correct guidance to the treatment and differentiation of the disease, so as to increase the cure rate of severe infarction patients. But there may be some complications.
