应用激光多普勒法观察烟酸对豚鼠耳蜗血流的作用

摘要 建立激光多普勒血流仪测定豚鼠耳蜗血流的方法,观察烟酸对耳蜗血流(CoBF)的影响。实验结果显示,该法具有定量、不损伤耳蜗血管,能动态地连续观察、重复性好等优点。发现静脉注入烟酸后没有增加豚鼠的CoBF。 Change in cochlear blood flow (CoBF) has been closely related with a number of cochlear diseases. It is of important clinical significance to study CoBF. In order to observe the effects of nicotinic acid on CoBF in guinea pigs, laser Doppler (LD) flowmetry has been used. This paper demonstrated that LD method offers the advantages of perfoming continuous and quantitative measurement of the change of CoBF. It is a reproducible and relatively noninvasive method which provides useful and feasible means in CoBF investigation. The results showed that there was no significant increase of CoBF after nicotinic acid administration. The clinical effects of nicotinic acid on CoBF needs futher study.
