摘要
从1982年2月开始,我们采用自行研制的框式小腿延长架共收治588例患者。其中男388例,女200例。年龄8～34岁。平均18岁。手术方法与结果:骨骺牵开延长术400例,获骨延长长度2.5～13cm,平均5.2cm。骨愈合时间30～540天,其中388例平均96天获骨愈合。胫骨上干骺端截骨延长术188例,获骨延长长度2.5～9.5cm,平均4.85cm。骨愈合时间45～214天,平均114天。疗效满意。
From February 1982, we used a home—designed framework tibial lengthening fixator to treat 588 patients. Among them 388 were male and 200 female. Age ranged from 8 to 34 years, average 18. Oprative methods were epiphyseal distraction in 400 cases. The increase of length ranged from 2. 5 to 13cm, average 5. 2cm. Bone union occured from 30 to 540 days, among them 388 cases achieved bone union, average 96 days. Limb lengthening by proximal tibial osteotomy were 188 cases. The increase of length ranged from 2. 5 to 9. 5cm, average 4. 85cm. Bone union occured from 45 to 214 days, average 114 days. Results were good.
