摘要
用γ心功能仪检测63例肺心病失代偿期患者静息时的右心功能主要参数,结果与正常人组对比已有明显损伤,其中58例左心受累,占92.06%;63例患者1/3FR(心室舒张期前1/3充盈率)均明显低于正常人组(P<0.001)。检查肺心病代偿期病人26例,静息时左右心功能损伤较轻,加重负荷后损伤则较蘑,提示代偿功能差。
The ventricular function of 63 cases with cor pulmonale in non- compensation were examined by Ga- mma-mechanocardiography.The main indexes showed that the right ventricular function of all patie- nts had been damaged remarkably and in 58 cases out of 63 the left ventricular had been involved too. The 1/3 FR of all patients was lower than that of normal group. In 26 compensation cases,the ven- tricular function were slightly im- paired in rest,the more load incre- ased,the more worse the ventricu- lar function was.This result sugge- sts that the compensation was in- suffecient.
