不同成熟期的春小麦种子活力的差异 被引量:2

DIFFERENCE OF THE SEED VIGOR OF SPRING WHEAT IN DIFFERENT RIPENING STAGE

摘要 本试验利用不同成熟期的两个处理的春小麦种子测定其发芽率、发芽指数、幼芽鲜重及活力指数。结果表明蜡熟期的阴干种子的各项指标均较高,说明误时期的种子活力最强。通径分析结果也揭示了种子幼芽鲜重对种子活力指数的作用最大。 The germination percentage,germination index (GI),fresh weight of young bud and vigor index (VI)were tested with two treatments in this experiment, with the seeds of spring wheat in the different ripening stages. The results show that various indices of dry seed under the shelter are higher in the dough stage than in the other stages,and also indicate that the seed vigor is the highest in this stage. The path analysis shows that the fresh weight of young bud contribute highly to vigor index (VI).
