摘要
为了推进我国建设项目经济评价工作的深入开展,实现投资决策的科学化,减少或避免决策的失误所造成的浪费,进一步提高项目的经济效益。本文比较系统地论述了建设项目投资决策的原理及动态分析、评价方法,并结合工程实例给出了它们的决策原则及特定用途。
In order to improve the economic evaluation of constructional projects in ur country,to rationalize investment decision,to reduce or avoid the waste ocaused by incorrect usage,and to raise the economic efficiency of the proje- cts,the paper systematically discusses the theory of investment decision, dynamic analysis and the method evaluation according to the practical exam- ples。Rules and special usages are also discussed.
