高醚化度CMC印花糊料流变特性的研究

摘要 本文研究了4种原糊和Procion P-2R 红调配的印花糊的流变性。发现HS-CMC(高醚化度的羧甲基纤维素醚)的流变性优于国产的CMC,与日本生产的CMC 性能相当;其性能稍差于海藻酸钠。 The rheological properties have been investigated carefully for four kinds of stock thick- nets and their printing paste prepared with Procion P-2R red.The following results are note- wonthy.The rheological properties of HS-CMC(carboxy methyl cellulose of high substituent degree)are not only better than those of the China-made CMC,but also attain the same level of Japan-made CMC.Furthermore,although it is not so good as sodium alginate,it can be used to replace the latter in some case.
