摘要
本文从分析试验现象入手,探索了β′-Sialon陶瓷的晶体生长机制。分析结果表明,β′-Sialon陶瓷的晶体生长速度由界面反应速度控制,晶粒的表面形态由界面能控制。
This paper explores the dynamic mechanism of crystal growth of B'-Sialon ceramics from analysis of experimental results. It is shown from the results that the crystal growth speed of B'-Sialon ceramics is controlled by the interface reaction rate and that the grain surface morphology controlled by the interfacial energy.
