植保机械用往复泵示功图测试系统的研究

摘要 本文作者根据植保机械用往复泵的特点,在对现有绘制示功图方法分析的基础上,研制了示功图微机测试系统。该系统既能绘制示功图,又能测取数据;既可立即打印,又可软盘存贮;准确、实用、方便、便于分析。通过它可分析和评价阀门工作滞后和漏损、气蚀对泵性能的影响程度,对研制和生产植保机械用往复泵有很大作用。 According to the feature of the use of reciprocating pump in plant protection machinery and based on analysis of the existing procedures for drawing indicator diagram, a computer measuring system for microcomputer indicator diagram, characterized by precision, practice, convenience, is developed that can not only draw indicator diagram, and obtain data, but also print immediately and store in the diskette with the help of the diagram, the effect of the valve's working delay, leakage cavitation erosion upon pump performance can be analyzed and evaluated which plays great role in the development and production of reciprocating pump for use in plant protection machinery.
