摘要
某些难溶固体药物能和适当的载体形成固体分散物,以减小药物粒度,提高药物溶出及吸收速率。水杨酸(Salicylic acid简称SA)和尿素(urea简称V)有形成同体分散物的性质。实验结果表明,SA含量22%的SA—V低共熔物中SA的溶解度约是纯SA的16倍,溶出量约是纯SA的68倍。由低共熔物制成的软膏,体外释放速率比纯SA软膏有较大提高。
Some poorly water-soluble drugs can form the solid dispersion with the appropriate carrier. Salicylic acid is a drug having property to form solid dispersion with urea. The results shov/ed that the salicylic acid-urea solid dispersion can obviously increase the solubility and dissolution rate of salicylic acid. The ointment formed by salicylic acid-urea eutectic mixture, containing 22% (W/W) salicylic acid, reveals a greater rate of release than that of the pure salicylic acid ointment in vitro
