The crystal of NYAB (Nd<sub>x</sub>Y<sub>1-x</sub>Al<sub>3</sub>（BO<sub>3</sub>）<sub>4</sub>)is a new self-frequency-doubling laser crystal with higher nonlinear coefficients, larger stimulated emission cross-section and better physical chemistry properties.
