摘要
笔者对9例颅内病变的患者进行了12次CT导引下的活检和抽吸,收到了满意的临床效果。9例均未见严重并发症发生。CT导引下的颅内病变活检、抽吸术操作技术简单,局麻下就可进行,且并发症少、创伤小,适用于脑病变位于深部及重要功能区的诊断和治疗、脑血肿的清除、脓肿的抽吸和囊性病变的减压。
9 cases of intracranial lesions with 12 CT-guided biopsies and needle aspirations were performed.All patients received good clinical effect.There was no serious complication in our series.The procedure of CT—guided intracranial biopsy and aspiration was simpleand safe,and could be done under local anesthesia.It could be used forspecific diagnosis and treatments of in tracranial lesion located in deep and important site,evacuation of intracranial hematoma,aspiration ofabscess and decompression of cystic lesions.
