摘要
采用病灶切除辅以适当药物的方法,治疗17例真菌性角膜炎。结果:除1例术后中断治疗者病情有所发展外,其余病例炎症均得到控制,最后痊愈,形成不同程度的白斑或斑翳。治愈时间最短者7天,最长3个月。10例视力有不同程度的提高,3例无明显变化,2例下降。疗效明显优于仅用药物治疗者。
Theatment of fungal keratitis with excision of the corneal foci. Meng Xiang-yu et al. Beijing Tong Ren Hospital, Beijing 100730 We treated 17 cases of fungal keratitis with excision of the corneal foci meanwhile aided by a proper medicine. The keratitis was controlled by the formation of corneal leucoma or corneal macula in all cases except one patient that dis-continued the treatment. The recovery time was 7 days to 3 months. The visual acuity was improved in 10 cases, unchanged in 3 cases and became worse in 2 cases. The surgical effect was obviously superior to medication alone.
