摘要 本研究用星布罗(Starbro)肉仔鸡进行了饲养试验、比较屠宰和间接呼吸测热试验,结合营养化验和统计分析,对肉仔鸡维持、生长的能量代谢和有关的参数进行了全面研究测定。借助于密闭呼吸测热装置测得肉仔鸡的饥饿代谢产热值(FHP),通式为:FHP(RQ,Kcal/日)=91.49×W^(0.75)kgFHP(EUN,Kcal/日)=89.49×W^(0.75)kg肉仔鸡的维持代谢能值(MEm)为:MEm(Kcal/日)=104.48或104.98×W^(0.75)kg。肉仔鸡维持代谢能的利用率(K_m)为:85.34~87.38%。本文还对测得的肉仔鸡代谢能用于生长的总能效率(K_(p·f))和分效率(K_p与K_f)值进行了讨论。并得到了肉仔鸡不同发育阶段的代谢能需要量的析因公式。通过肉仔鸡体脂肪(C_f)及体蛋白质(C_p)热值参考数的测定。根据比较屠宰、营养化验分析结果,肉仔鸡体蛋白质热值(C_p)为5.52或5.56Kcal/g。肉仔鸡体脂肪热值(C_f)为9.22或9.49Kcal/g。 The feeding trials, comparative slaughter experiments and indirect respiration calorimetric experiments with broiler were carried out in present studies to investigate the energy metabolism for maintenance and for growth and some parameters concerned in broiler chickens.Combined with nutritionally,chemical and statistical analyses, the main results were obtained as follows: 1. Energy metabolism for maintenance in broiler chickens. (1) The regression equation of fasting heat production(FHP)was derived from the results obtained by means of closed—circuit respiration apparatuses as follows:FHP(EUN,Kcal)=89.49W(Kg) (2) The metabolizable energy requirement for maintenance(MEm) was also measured. MEm(Kcal)=104.48 or 104.98W(Kg) (3) The efficiency of utilization of MEm determined was within 85.34—87.38%. 2. Energy metabolism for growth in broiler chickens. (1) The efficiency (K_(p.f)) and the partial efficiencies(K_p, K_f) of utilization of MEg for growth and for reparate retention in fat and protein were also determined in our experiments. (2). The energy metabolism and the formulas of ME requirement of growth under three different stages of development were investigated through factorial method. 3. The determination of the parameters of heat combustion values of protein (C_p) and fat (C_f) in empty bodies of broiler chickens.The values of C_p and C_f were measured by two different statistical analyses combined with comparative slaughter experiments and nutritional analyses and were listed as follows: (1) The heat combustion values of crude body protein (C_p)(including the feather) were 5.52 or 5.66 Kcal/g. (2) The heat combustion values of crude body fat(C_f)(including the feather)were 9.22 or 9.49 Kcal/g.
