摘要
红细胞膜脂流动性的研究日益受到人们的重视。本文以老化红细胞和年轻红细胞为实验对象,对测定膜脂流动性的荧光偏振法和激光喇曼光谱法进行了分析比较。指出:测定红细胞膜脂流动性以荧光偏振法较为理想。
The fluorescence polarization and laser Roman spectrometer about analysing RBC membrane fluidity were compared in this paper. The fluorescence polarization technique was better than the other about analysing RBC membrane fluidity.
