摘要
应用氟哌啶醇治疗儿童抽动-秽语综合征时可以产生某些特殊的易被忽视的副作用。21名患儿中,4人出现与药物剂量有关的心境恶劣,1人发生静坐不能,1人产生敌意和攻击行为,1人偶而意识模糊,2人出现迟发性运动障碍。上述副作用在减低药量或停药后均消失。临床医生应对这类副作用提高警觉。
Treated the children's Gilles de la Tourette's syndrome with holoperi-dol could creat some easily ignorant side effect.Among 21 children's pa-tients,4 of them presented dysthymia relating with the dose of the drug, 1 of them presented akathisia.l of them presented hostility aggressive behavior,! of them presented confusion, 2 of them presented delayed dyskinesia. The above side effect all disppeared after having decreased the dose of the drug or having cut off the drug.The clinical doctor should increase the alterness of these side effect.
