摘要
分别用40%(v/v)、70%乙醇灌胃复制乙醇性胃粘膜损伤动物模型,结果发现:40%乙醇灌胃3、5小时后,胃粘膜粘液糖蛋白较对照组相比显著降低,5小时的较3小时的高,似与前列腺素的细胞保护作用有关;70%乙醇灌胃3、5小时后,胃粘膜粘液糖蛋白含量较对照组相比显著降低,但5小时的和3小时的无显著差别。结果提示胃粘膜粘液糖蛋白与乙醇性胃粘膜损伤有关,其机制有待进一步探讨。
40% and 70%(v/v)alcohol were poured into rat stomach to reproduce the animal model of alcoholic damage to stomach mucosae. The results showed that 3 and 5 hours after perfusion of 40 percent alcohol, glycoprotein level of stomach mucosae was significantly lower than the control group,and that after 5 hours was higher than that after 3 hours.It suggested that the above correlate with the cell protective function of prostaglandin. 3 and 5 hours after 70 percent alcoholic perfusion,the mucous glycoprotein level was significantly lower than the control group,but showing no significant difference between after 3 and 5 hours.The resuts suggested that the stomach mucous glycoprotein correlate with the alcoholic damage to the gastric mu-cosa and its mechanism needed further exploration.
