摘要
鄂尔多斯地区位于我国北方环境脆弱带,区内土地沙漠化严重。本文重点叙述沙漠化对生产和环境的危害,提出能源大规模开采过程中土地沙漠化的治理原则,即环境整治与经济发展同步,以丰富的地下资源促进地表环境改善和经济振兴。
The ordos region is located in the fragile zone of environment in North China. The desertification was severe there. This paper focuses on the desertification hazards to agriculture and surroundings. The principles of protecting environment in the process of large exploitation of energy resources are also presented. The economic development shoud goat the same pace with controlling the environment; the promotion of the surface environment and economic development shoud depend on the reservation of abundant resources of energy under the surface.
