摘要
我们用狗进行十二指肠憩室化,建立十二指肠胃返流的实验模型。确立在十二指肠胃返流的慢性实验条件下,胃粘膜的特异形态学改变。结果表明:“碱性返流性胃炎”,这一提法是不确切的。因为无论对十二指肠胃返流引起的胃的状态,还是对胃的急、慢性胃炎来说都不是特异的。
We made experiment modal of duodenal and stomach return flow with duodenal udiverticulum in dog. The special morphological change in mucous membrane of stomach has been ascertained under chronic experimental condition of duodenal -- stomach return flow. The result showed that the formulation-- 'alkaline return flow gastritis' is not precise. The reason is that this formulation is not special for neither stomach state caused by duodenal stomach return flow nor acute and chronic gastritis.
