摘要
作者采用快速泪囊鼻腔吻合术治疗慢性泪囊炎108眼,治愈101眼,治愈率为93.5％;好转者2眼,占1.85％。由于术中采用直接咬骨法造骨孔,固定钉对位固定两后唇瓣,泪前嵴骨膜悬吊前吻合瓣,放弃置引流条,连续皮下缝合切口等方法,使手术步骤简化,操作减少.在108例术中自麻醉开始至缝合完毕为止,时间最短者25分钟,最长者50分钟,平均35分钟。实为根治慢性泪囊炎的简便有效的方法。
The rapid dacryocystorhinostomy wasadopted to treat 108 eyes with chronicdacryocystitis in which 101 eyes was cured(93.5%) and 2 eyes (1.85%) was improved.During operation, the bony opening wascreated directly by biteing off the posterior lipsof lacrimal sac and nasal mucosa was closedwith fixednail, the periosteum of the anteriorcrest of lacrimal fossa was sutured togetherwith the anterior lips of lacrimal sac and uasalmucosa, no drainage tube was used, thussimplified the operation started from anesthe-sia was 35 min (ranged 25-50min). Thus, thismethod for radical treatment of chronicdacryocysitis is simple and effective.
