摘要
本文应用微生物培养、革兰氏染色、免疫组化技术对50侧宫颈癌进行了研究。结果发现,宫颈癌细菌及L型培养阳性率为58%,以金黄色葡萄球菌(金葡菌)及其L型为主(26%),革兰氏染色L型检出率为66/,免疫组化L型抗原阳性率为68%,L型主要分布于间质和癌细胞内。
In this atrical. 50 specimens of cervical cancer were studied with bacterical isoIIJtion tiMnd tissul:cctions st‘aining,The rcsuits Showcd th时the isolation rate of bacteria and L-forms was 58%(29/50)and organismsrecovered were mainly staphylococcus aureus and it's L-forms.In tissuesections L-forms were found in 66% of the cases in Gram staining,and68%in immunohistochemical staining and the L-forms were foundmainly in the stroma and carcinoma cells.These results suggest that theinfection of L-forms may be related with cervical cancer.
