摘要
本文分析了传统的滑动式连续拉拔配模设计理论的存在问题,提出了"线速增量大于盘速增量"作为配模设计的新理论,并论证了其可靠性。文中还对该理论的应用作了举例。
he problems in the customary slipping continuous draw in the theory designing process are analysed. 'the increment of wire speed is greater than increment of(tensile) reel poed' is put forward as a new theory of designing process in dwawing wire,and its reliability is demonstrated.In this paper the exampls are given to explain how to use this theory.
