Reproducibility and Relation Between Five Minutes HRV Variables in Normal Subjects in Two Successive Measures Over a Short Period of Time

摘要 运用五分钟心率变异性检查法观察21例正常人相隔5~20d的近期内各心率变异性参数的重复性及各参数间的关系。结果表明:时间主导和频率主导心率变异性各参数2次测定平均值除MeanHR.StdDev和MeanRR外(P<0.03),其余参数均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。各参数2次测定的平均值除最低心率为显著相关外(r=0.54,P<0.02),其余各参数均为高度显著相关(r=0.63~0.90,P<0.001)。与迷走神经张力变化有关的各参数rMSSD、pNN50、HF之间亦呈高度显著相关(r=0.82~0.95,P<0.001)。结果提示:在本研究规定的检查条件下,除主要反映平均心率的参数外,其余参数都有很好的重复性,说明短时心率变异性检查各主要参数具有很好的重复性。平均心率参数的变化可能与检测条件有关,建议采用更严格的检测条件控制保持心率的稳定。各参数间的关系与文献报道的24h心率变异性检查结果大致相同。 Short-term( 5 minutes)HRV measure has been used to assess reproducibility and relation between HRV variables in 21 normal subjects in two successive measures of 5~20 days apart. There were no significant differences between two measures of the same variables(P>0.05) except Mean HR,Std Dev and Mean RR(P<0.03).Two measurees of averaged Min HR were significantly correlated(r =0.54 P<0.02),all other variables were highly significantly correlated(r=0.63- 0.90.P<0.001).Variables strongly dependent on vagal tone(rMSSD,PNN50 and HF) were highly correlated as well.It showed that all variables had good reproducibility except the variables dependent on Mean HR under this measuring condition.It is concluded that most short-term HRV variables between two measures had good reproducibility.Variation in Mean HR may be influenced by the measuring condition.More strict measuring condition will make more stable variables dependent on Mean HR.The relation between variables had the same results with that from 24 hours ambulatory EKG reported by other authors.
