摘要
本文报告了用组织化学的方法,测定生活在阿尼玛卿山(海拔4500m)高原鼠兔与生活在平原(北京)的Wistar大鼠肾脏中ATPase,SDH,LDH,ALP和ACP的活性及定位,对比观察的结果发现:①ATPase的定位及活性在鼠兔和大鼠之间有明显差异,鼠兔的ATPase主要定位在肾小管上皮,大鼠主要定位在肾小体上;②鼠兔的ACP活性较弱,定位在肾小体和肾小管上皮;而大鼠只定位在肾小管上,活性稍强;③SDH和ALP都定位在肾小管上,但鼠兔的SDH活性显示较高,而ALP活性在大鼠中较高;④LDH的定位与活性两者完全相似,作者对高原鼠兔在低氧环境中肾脏梅系统的变化特征及适应机制作了初步探讨。

ALP and ACP in kidneys of altitudepikas living at Mt.Animaqing(4
500m)and Wistar rats living at plain(Beijing) had been mea- sured by
histochemical methods. The results of constract observation were
showed as follows:1.The activities and localizations between Pikas
and rats were significant differences,however,the ATPase of pikas was
mainly oriented on renal tubular epithelia, but rats on renal
corpuscles. 2. The ACP activity of pikas was weaker which was
oriented on renal tubular epithelia andcorpuscles,but the activity in
rat was stronger on renal tubules only. 3. The SDH and ALP were all
located on renal tubules,SDH activity of pikas showed higher,and ALP
of rats too. 4. The activity and orientation of LDH in both were
similar completely. Authors approach initially that the enzyme system
of kidney in altitude pika appears changedcharacteristics and
mechanisms under bypoxia.
