摘要
设置缓冲区的m×nFMS,其加工周期λ是缓冲区容量b的函数,本文用极大代数研究这一函数λ(b)的特性,找到了它的可行方向(相当于可微函数的梯度方向),为解决缓冲区容量的最优分配问题提供了理论依据。根据这一理论,提出了一个缓冲区容量的最优分配模型和解法,以及一个求解5×6FMS缓冲区容量最优分配的算例。
For the m x n FMS with buffers,its processing period is the function of buffers'capacities b.In this paper the characteristic of function (b) was studied and its feasible direction was provided.which supplies the theorectical foundation of the optimum allocation of buffers'capacities.Based on the above theory this paper pre sents the optimum allocation model of buffers'capacities and the solution for a 5×6 FNS.
