自体血浆回输疗法治疗脑梗塞的临床研究 被引量:1

摘要 自体血浆回输治疗脑梗塞的方法是在国内外血液稀释疗法基础上进行了改进,此法采静脉血200ml,分离后去掉血球,血浆当即回输。本文用此法治疗急性脑梗塞30例,并与对照组低分子右旋糖酐组(简称右酐组)和蝮蛇抗栓酶组(简称血浆回输组)症状和体征缓解时间明显快于对照组,其显效率及有效率明显高于对照组,多项血液流变学指标均有明显改善。 Erythropheresis is an improved methad of autohemodilution intreating cerebral infarction both at home and abroad. It was completed by Collecting Venous blood 200ml,Seperat-ing hemocyte and then autoinfusing the dlasma. It was receptible for the patients- We treated 30 patients with acute cerebral infarction with erythropheresis in the treated group.and we haci 30 patients with low moiecular dextran and 30 patients with Ahylstantinfarctase in the central group. The results revealed that the remission stage of both the symptoms and signs in the treated group was shorter than that in the central group ,and both the overall effective rate and the markedly effective rate in the treated group were high above those in the central group and also several hemodynamic mornitoring indexes were' improved significantly
