摘要
锅炉管板上应力场、位移场的分析仍是锅炉结构设计工作者的重要课题之一。本文以大连锅炉厂DZW4.2—0.7/95/70—AⅡ型热水锅炉为例,对该锅炉平管板采用了有限元弹塑性分析,同时与人孔周边电测结果进行了比较,给出了管板上强度危险区域的范围及最大应力值。为该型号锅炉结构的合理设计提供了较为可靠的理论依据。
The analysis of stress (?)eld and displacement field for the boiler tube plate is one of import(?)nt Problems in the design of boiler structure. Takimg a bot—water boiler of DZW4.2—0.7/95/70—A Ⅱ type made from Dalian boiler factory as an example, an elastic—plastic analysis by the finit element method is carried out for the tube plate. At sametime, the streeses in the man—hole area are compared with the result from the electric—measuring method. The critical area and the max stress are identified the boiler plate. This analysis and the result provide a theoretical basis for the rational design of tube plate.
