1 Introduction It is important to investigate the elements of finite order in K<sub>2</sub> of fields. J.Tate shows that if a global field F contains ξ<sub>n</sub>, a primitive nth root of l, then everyelement of order n in K<sub>2</sub>F is of the form {ξ<sub>n</sub>,b} for some b∈F.
