摘要
本文分析了50例癌性大中量胸腔积液。其中大量30例，X线显示气管，心脏呈非一致性移位20例，不移位5例，一致性移位5例。中等量20例，X线显示液面曲线呈内高外低或呈波浪状16例，曲线正常4例。从胸部平片上观察纵隔移位和液面曲线改变来判断中央型肺癌的存在具有实用价值。
This PaI)er were analysed of pleural effusions with cancer in large and mlddle number of 50cases. Large number of 3O cases, inclllded 20 cases of no unanimous more and 5 cases of no more and 5 casesof unanimous more in bnort and heart. middle of 20 cases, in cluded l6 cases of internal high and external lowor wave and 4 cases of normal in carre of effusion face. Observation the mediastinum more and carve of effu-sion face in chest film is value with cancer of central.
