铸坯裂纹漏钢在连铸生产过程中经常发生。它严重影响着铸坯质量,并可能造成中断生产和损坏设备的事故。产生裂纹漏钢的原因是多方面的。本文阐述了钢水的温度、成分等因素与裂纹漏钢的关系,对连铸生产操作会有一定帮助。
The billet crack breakout would take place often in the process of continuous casting. It has been badly impairing the quality of the billets and may break off operation and damage equipments. The reason of causing crack breakout is in various aspects. This article staled the relation between the temperature, constituent, etc, of molten steel and the crack breakout and will be helpful for the operation of continuous casting.
