摘要 1 Introduction Substitution is an important approach to the research on mechanism of high-T<sub>c</sub>superconductivity and properties of superconducting materials. Due to the complexity ofBi-based compositions, most of the substitutional experiments have been carried out at theBi site and the Ca site of Bi<sub>2</sub>Sr<sub>2</sub>CaCu<sub>2</sub>O<sub>x</sub>, and a few at the Cu site. In the Bi<sub>2</sub>Sr<sub>2</sub>Ca<sub>1-x</sub>
