摘要
随着稠油先期防砂井开发技术的发展,辽河油区经过多年的探索和攻关,研制出了一种新型先期防砂井密封接头——NY89型铅封接头。它采用机械剪切销钉咬紧联顶短节后砸铅封,使之膨胀,保证了套管与防砂管之间的环形空间的密封。
Along with the development technology of initial sand control in heavy oil wells, a novel sealed joint of initial sand control well - lead sealed joint of NY89 model was developed through many years' research and tackling in Liaohe oil zone. It adopts the method of snapping in tightly the joint nipple mechanically by cutting pin and then smashing the lead seal to make it expand. In this way the sealing of annular space between casing and the sand control pipe can be assured.
