摘要 本文对18—76岁正常成人104人(男67,女37)的x线颅侧位片进行了颅最大长(x1),颅高(x2),颅底长(X3)、彝根点—枕外隆凸点长(X4),耳上颅高(X5)、颅矢状弧(X6)和颅腔侧面积(Y)的测量,用耿想386型电子计算机对数据进行了逐步回归分析处理,筛选出推算颅腔侧面积的最佳因子x1、X2、和X4。它们之间呈正相关关系,其复相关系数r=0.62,P<0.0005,相关系数有高度显著性。故建立逐步回归方程式:Y=43.17x1+24.68X2 41.66X4-1865.87(mm^2)。本方程可供推算成人颅腔面积使用。 104 (rnale67 female37) adult ( 18-76 ) X-ray films with lateral aspect were used to study the area of cranial cavity,, It's maximun length(X1), height(X2), basis length(X3), nasion-inion length-(X4), auricular height(X5), sagittalare(X6) and the aJea of era-nin*l cavity(Y), The date were treated with computer the league 386 type. X1, X2 and X4 were found to be the significant factor in calculating its area, the multiple correlative coefficient r = 0.62 P<<0. 0005. The stepwise regressive equation is then obtained a'sY = 43.17X1+24. 68X2 + 41.66X4 -1865.87 ( mm2 ). The equation may be applited to calculate the area of cranial cavity of the adult.
