造血生长因子融合蛋白研究进展
摘要
细胞因子的研究正朝着与相关学科领域相互融合渗透的趋势发展,通过对细胞因子及其受体的结构与功能及细胞内信号传导途径的研究,最终将从分子水平阐明细胞因子的作用机制。这与受体学两大功能不谋而合,其交汇点为因子(配基)与受体的识别及其信号传导。
