摘要
阐述了圆柱齿轮类零件计算机辅助工艺过程设计系统——CLCAPP软件系统的结构及设计方法。该系统是采用半创生原理设计的,并以工艺逻辑判断与工艺文件相结合的形式实现工艺过程内容的创生设计。实际运行表明,该系统可完全取代手工设计,并可获得良好的经济效益。
The structure and design principle of CLCAPP (i. e. a Computer Aided ProcessPlanning system for parts of plate column gear family) are expounded. This system isdesigned in the semi-generative method, and realized is a process planning of a part bymeans of the combination of process judgment with process files. CLCAPP system cancompletely displace hand design,. and increase commercial efficiency.
