摘要
本文对从1991年1月至1993年5月入院的43例老年人胆囊疾病患者进行腹腔镜胆囊切除（LC）治疗结果进行临床分析。结果表明，LC安全、可靠。将LC与传统的开腹胆囊切除术进行对照分析，认为LC术后患者伤口疼痛轻、恢复快、能提早进食和住院时间缩短。
This Paper analysed the results of 43 old patients with cholecystpathy admitted to our hospital from January 1991 to May 1993 Treated by laparoscopic cholecystectomy. The results showed the techniqune was safe and effective in the treatment old patients. Compared with the results of treatment by conventional cholecystectomy, the patients were given more benefit from lapaoscopic cholecystectomy treatment, the severity of wound pain was lesser;the resumed normal diet earlier and they returned to normal activities sooner after the operation and the hospital days were shorter.
